Locations

Our downtown Washington, D.C., office is 4 blocks from Dupont Circle and easily accessible from the Red, Blue, Orange and Silver metro lines. The D.C. office is minutes from the U.S. Capitol and the federal administrative agencies we work with regularly on behalf of our clients.

Our New York office is in the Financial District of Manhattan and sits across the street from the New York Stock Exchange. The New York office puts the firm in close proximity to its clients in the northeast region of the United States.

Associate Attorneys

We welcome resumes from qualified candidates interested in the practice of employee benefits law and related litigation and who have an affinity for our clients and our practice area. Candidates should have exemplary writing and analytical skills, a strong academic background and DC bar membership or eligibility to waive into the DC bar.

Candidates interested in applying for lateral compliance associate positions should have experience in issues arising under Titles I, II and IV of ERISA.

Candidates interested in applying for lateral litigation associate positions should have experience in federal courts; experience representing Taft-Hartley trust funds is preferred.

Law Students

Slevin & Hart recruits talented, well-credentialed recent law school graduates for our Washington, D.C., office. We value outstanding academics, excellent writing skills, and an interest in practicing employee benefits law.
