Justin Gross’ practice focuses on all aspects of compliance matters related to the firm’s employee benefit fund clients, including pension funds and health and welfare funds.
Before joining Slevin & Hart, P.C., Mr. Gross practiced law for over a decade at the Office of the Legislative Counsel of the United States House of Representatives. As such, he served as the principal legislative drafter on a nonpartisan basis in all matters relating to ERISA and labor law for the Committees on Education and Labor and Ways and Means. He is experienced in providing legal counsel in such capacity to a broad range of clients with respect to issues arising under both statute and regulation.
Mr. Gross received his law degree from University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School where he served as a Legal Writing Instructor for first-year students and assisted with multiple cases in litigation through the Civil Practice Clinic. Mr. Gross also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Comparative Religion and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from William Jewell College.
