About Benjamin
Benjamin Love’s practice focuses on all aspects of compliance matters related to the firm’s employee benefit fund clients, including pension funds and health and welfare funds.
Mr. Love has extensive experience representing a national multiemployer pension fund in all aspects of the collection of delinquent contributions and withdrawal liability.
Mr. Love is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia and Florida. He is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the District of Columbia. He received his law degree from the University of Miami School of Law and graduated from the University of Wisconsin–Madison with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology.
