Ms. Norris received her LL.M in Taxation and Certificate in Employee Benefits from Georgetown University Law Center, her J.D. from The Catholic University of America, The Columbus School of Law, where she served as a Staff Member, Journal of Contemporary Health Law & Policy, and received her undergraduate degree from Fordham University with a double major B.A. in Political Science and English.
