Jeff SwyersAssociateJeff Swyers' practice focuses on ERISA litigation. Prior to joining Slevin & Hart, Mr. Swyers served for eight years as a Trial Attorney for the United States Department of Justice, Tax Division. Having tried cases in ten different states, Mr. Swyers has extensive trial experience including jury and bench trials in federal district courts, as well as trials in bankruptcy courts and administrative tribunals. While at the Justice Department, Mr. Swyers twice received the Division's Outstanding Attorney Award. Mr. Swyers received his B.A. degree in history from Davidson College. He received his law degree, with honors, from the University of Tulsa, where he served as an editor for the Tulsa Law Journal. Mr. Swyers is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia and Oklahoma. | ||
